First off if you are worried about your personal details and credit card information, ALL of it is safe on verotel\ccbill servers.
We have been attempting to resolve this as quickly and as thoroughly as possible but unfortunately, due to the slow response time from our original ticket to our server host things have gotten a bit sticky.
Currently the server is being scoured for all forms of malicious scripts. The scan has taken 3 days to get to 70%. Our host refuses to do any other fixes until the script finishes running. We have also hired 2 other professional server malware cleanup companies review the site.
We work hard to ensure the servers are as clean as possible by utilizing security software and and staffing a part time server admin. It’s unfortunate this has happened and we aren’t able to resolve it faster. It sucks for us and it sucks for you.
For now we must wait for the malware detection to end before we can push aggressively on server fixes. I have no ETA for this but hopefully by tomorrow.
As far as all scans go wetblush.com and hardblush.com are both currently clean but until we find the source of the security breach we can not be 100% sure. We ask that you ensure you have proper antivirus security features if you do visit hardblush.com and wetblush.com during this time. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and will work hard to fix this.
